Description

Located about 45 miles south of Denver, and home of Monument, Colorado Springs, and Falcon. This county features a diverse selection of landscape and community. Stretching from the Rockies in the west, to the flatlands in the east, it’s easy to find exactly what you are looking for in a home, be it a mountain retreat or a multi-acre ranch. With it’s higher overall elevation than Denver, it also typically features slightly cooler temperatures.
