There is a PROCESSING FEE of $50.00 per adult. Processing fee must be paid by cashier check, money order, or cash. All adults, 18 years or older, will be on the lease. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee to cover processing costs. The processing fee MUST accompany this application. All questions on this form MUST BE ANSWERED and the processing fee MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THIS FORM CAN BE PROCESSED.
